COVID 19

56 years old man presenting with shortness of breath, cough and fever. He was diagnose with covid 19 and worsened during outpatient care. He was admitted with severe pneumonia and sepsis. He status mental was altered, respiratory rate 25 times per minutes, blood pressure is unstable and tachycardic. his leucocyte count rise into 25.000, and high level of CRP. He was admitted into ICU isolation for intubatiion and respiratory support.
