A 42-year-old woman with unknown medical history with a complaint of increasing fatigue and dizziness for two weeks. Initial vitals revealed a temperature of 36.1 °C, blood pressure of 107/47 mmHg, heart rate of 87 beats/minute, respiratory rate of 17 breaths/minute, and oxygen saturation of 100% on room air. She was completely alert and focused on without any neurological deficits. Physical inspection was otherwise notable for findings typical of anaemia, including pallor with pale mucous and a systolic flow murmur, conjunctiva, and koilonychia of fingernails.
