A 54 year old male patient came to the emergency room with complaints of heartburn. pain appears continuously and persists. The patient also experienced nausea and vomiting of moderate intensity. Physical examination: blood pressure 120/70 mmHg, HR: 75, RR: 20, SpO2: 99%. Abdomen: epigastric tenderness, tympany, positive bowel sounds. The patient was treated with omeprazole 40 mg and ondansetron 8 mg.
