A 64-year-old male with history of two previous MIs came with shortness of breath. In the last 3 weeks, he has dyspnea on exertion and swelling of his legs. He has orthopnea and jugular venous distension is seen.He has pitting edema in both lower legs. P- 132bpm BP- 210/120mm hg, SpO2- 94% on RA . On auscultation, wet rales are heard bilaterally in lungs. Chest X ray s/o pulmonary edema. Nasal oxygen and iv furosemide given. What is the long term management for this patient?
