A 72-year-old diabetic hypertensive male with Parkinson’s disease showed up at the clinic with exertional giddiness, presyncope, and one episode of syncope on the way to ER. His clinical evaluation showed bradycardia. 2 D Echo showed a left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) of 50%. However, no MR, AS PAH and TR was found. The ECG showed sinus bradycardia with a sinus arrest.
