CARDIOLOGY

<p>A 74-year-old diabetic hypertensive male with IHD - AWMI- s/P PCl - LAD (2007) &amp; PCl to RCA (2009). He was found to have a severe AS+TVD (2018), s/P CABG+AVR (Bioprosthetic valve) and mild LV dysfunction. In addition, the patient presented with effort intolerance, fatigue and weakness. On performing ECG, sinus bradycardia was revealed.</p>
