A 68-year-old male patient had medical history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and dyslipidemia. He had IHD-S/P Coronary artery bypass (CABG) 28 years ago. He presented with retrosternal rest pain. Pulse rate: 96/min and BP 160/90 mmHg. Heart rate was slightly elevated. Antiplatelet medication and beta blockers were already prescribed to the patient.
