A patient presented with a chief complaint of persistent pain in the lower left first molar. Clinical examination revealed narrow canals and extensive caries, necessitating emergency access opening. In response to the diagnostic findings, a prompt intervention was initiated with a single-sitting endodontic therapy. The procedure, conducted over approximately 1.5 hours, involved the utilization of NT gold files for meticulous instrumentation. During the endodontic procedure, irrigation was performed using a combination of saline and 5% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) to ensure thorough disinfection of the root canal system. The Biomechanical Preparation (BMP) achieved notable success, with an efficacy reaching 20.6%. Sealapex, a widely recognized sealer in endodontic applications, was employed to ensure an effective and enduring seal of the treated canal.
