Epistaxis, weariness, and weight loss plague a 70-year-old woman. An initial blood test discovered renal impairment and a serum calcium level of 13 mg/dL. Numerous lytic lesions can be seen on a radiograph of her head. A biopsy of the bone marrow was conducted.
