An elderly man complaining of chronic cough with multiple episodes of cough syncope. CXR -Lt LL patchy consolidation. CECT- calcified mucus plug left LL anterior segment. Bronchoscopy- smooth endobronchial lesion obstructing Lt LL ant segment completely . Biopsy- inflammatory lesion Brush-cytology : few atypical cells highly suspicious of malignancy PETCT- peripheral calcification with low grade metabolic activity in the same lesion. Surgery- segmental resection . Biopsy revealed chondroid hamartoma
