A 21 years old female , k/c/o severe MR and seizure disorder . Came to ggh , guntur at 1 am . with chief c/o absolute dysphagia since 10 pm . c /o sob . C/o 2 episode of seizure. No H/o foreign body ingestion O/E pt was drowsy spo2-85-90% @RA Oral cavity - loosening of tooth + Plain x-ray neck was done we found - radio opaque Fb on esophagus at c7 level.(a molar tooth) We were planned for esophagoscopy We kept nbm and iv fluids . Luckily fb (tooth) went down. C/ o sob reduced pt became comfortable we referred the pt to general surgery.
