A 50-year-old man with the diagnosis of GERD for 3 years has been managed with ranitidine with partial symptoms relief. He has some residual symptoms that prompted an upper GI endoscopy. At endoscopy with biopsy, Barrett’s oesophagus without dysplasia was identified.
