Gingival enlargement

A 60-year-old female with a k/c/o hypertension, well controlled on Tab Amlodipine 5mg. was  presented with painful gingival enlargement after 6 months of usage of the drug. Amlodipine gingival hypertrophy is rare, her drug was changed to telmisartan and underwent scaling. 3 months after stoppage her gingiva returned to normal state .
