A 64-year-old man complained of a rash that started by a weekend but vanished by Monday morning. The rash was very itchy, and the patient was sleepless the whole night. The rashes are of a map-like pattern. Skin prick test and Radio allegro sorbent test (RAST) were performed. Blood tests like complete blood count (CBC) LFT, ESR, TFT, and C-reactive protein(CRP) were performed level was found to be25mm/hr, and CRP level was elevated to 16mg/L.
