Impaired hearing

45 yr patient with complaint of headache and difficulty in hearing .K/c/0 DM 2 type and is on medication ilfor the same. Tab Gemer 1 BD is taken by the pt everyday. O/-E BP and wt are normal .kindly diagnose the condition and suggest a suitable treatment plan
