A couple, aged 34 (female) and 40 (male), presented with a desire to conceive. The female patient reported having menstrual periods only when taking combined pills, while the male partner's semen analysis was normal. The patient underwent a follicular evaluation with HMG 300 for 10 days, which resulted in the development of 3 dominant follicles (18, 17, and 15 mm) in the right ovary and one 16 mm follicle in the left ovary. The patient's AMH level was 1.1, and HCG 5000 was given as a trigger for IUI, but conception did not occur. The same protocol was repeated in the next cycle, but there was no success.
