An elederly nale presented with complaints of new onset dyspnea and fever since last 5 days associated with drop in Oxygen saturation... Upon initial evaluation with a routine CXR we found a INHOMOGENOUS OPACITY involving entire left lung ..

On auscultation it was showing scattered coarse crepitation
