A patient presented to the emergency room with a blood pressure reading of 250/140mmHg, and low oxygen saturation (Spo2) of 70% on room air. The ECG and ABG results are shown in the attached images. Troponin I test came back negative, but the Pro BNP level was 5000. The patient was started on non-invasive ventilation (NIV) with oxygen and a continuous infusion of NTG (nitroglycerin). Aspirin, clopidogrel, and atorvastatin were initiated, and CLEXANE 40mg was administered. Due to poor echocardiogram window quality, the results were inconclusive. We are awaiting the 3rd-hour Troponin I levels. Please provide further guidance on treatment.
