After lifting a lawn tractor at work, a 29-year-old man complains of left arm soreness. When he raised the tractor, he felt a searing pain in his elbow, and his arm was now feeble. For fractures or aberrant findings, radiographs are unremarkable. The distal biceps tendon is partially torn (50%) on sagittal and coronal STIR magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) pictures (Figures 1 and 2).
