A 52-year-old patient presented with complaints related to an injury sustained to their left elbow. The injury occurred when a heavy weight slipped from their left hand, resulting in subsequent discomfort. The patient identified aggravating factors including twisting motions, pushing/pulling actions, and bearing weight on the affected elbow. The pain was localized to the left elbow and described as aching in quality.Kindly suggest an approprite line of treatment for the same.
