Lesions on the palms and wrists of a 63-year-old man are diagnosed and treated after they were initially noticed several weeks ago and had been escalating in number. The patient reports that all of the lesions have persisted in being asymptomatic. The patient has a history of colon cancer, most recently leukaemia. Multiple elevated, faintly erythematous papules and small plaques are visible upon physical examination of the lesions; no more lesions of this type are found elsewhere on the body.
