Lupus vulgaris

A 39 yr old male patient came with single well defined raised lesion over inner side of thigh not associated with itching or pain since 2 yrs. There was history of weight loss present. On examination there was a single well defined hyperpigmented indurated plaque over left inner thigh with an atrophic end and other growing end. This is a case of LUPUS VULGARIS. (Cutaneois Tuberculosis) Montoux test came to be positive. Biopsy result awaited.
