20 year old female came with sudden onset of breathlessness. Chest x ray showed pneumothorax and ICD was inserted for same. After a month again the female presented to us with pneumothorax where again the ICD was inserted and HRCT was done which shows multiple cystic lesions with a cyst in kidney. Diagnosis of LAM was made. Patient was discussed about the progressive nature of the disease and it's complications
