A 50yrs old gentleman normotensive and non diabetic  presented in a casaulty with chief complaints of itching over the scalp wound..pt got a mole over the right parietal region 6months ago which he has  scratched it and after which he developed ulceration ....he took homeopathic medication from last 5months and from past 2days he developed itching..according to patient and patient attendant they were unaware of the maggots ...on examination wound is seen filled with maggot......line of management??
