A 48 year old female patient came to the emergency room with complaints of a purulent lump in the breast for 2 months. Currently the patient is complaining of moderate and persistent headaches. The results of the physical examination showed a lump with a diameter of 8 cm in the left breast, festering, painful, hard, and had a peau d orange appearance. Blood pressure 200/120 mmHg, RR: 20, HR: 70. The patient was treated with surgical biopsy, nicardipine to treat hypertension and symptomatic medication.
