I am presenting a case of 30 year old male p/w complains of SOB and palpitation O/E he was fount to be in CHF. Patient recovered with IV diuretics. On further evaluation he was found to have following clinical features s/o Marfan syndrome, unfortunately patient could not afford genetic testing. Images in order THUMB SIGN, HIGH ARCHED PALATE, WRIST SIGN, HYPEREXTENSIBLE JOINTS, LINEA ALBICANTES, 2D ECHO s/o BICUSPID AORTIC VALVE. SLIT LAMP showing SUPEROTEMPORAL SUBLAXATION OF LENS.
