A 40-year-old female presented with massive bulging veins in both thighs and lower legs. Naturally, her primary concern was the ugly aesthetic appearance of the varicose vein. Still, she admitted that she was experiencing heaviness, tiredness, and throbbing pain in the lower legs on further interrogation.

Her medical occupation involves constant standing daily and for hours, which make her legs feel incredibly exhausted, and it would take several hours to feel normal. Duplex Ultrasound test revealed an underlying feeding vein that directly fed the surface varicose veins in the thigh, as shown in the figure.
