A 3-year-old girl was hospitalised for a headache with weakness of the double lower limbs for seven days. The CT scan showed a lesion occupying midline brain space with a density comparable to brain tissue and hydrocephalus (Figure 1). MRI revealed large lesions that occupy space in the ventricle with distinct borders (Figure 2). The tumour was surgically removed and found to be an atypical teratoid / rhabdoid tumour.
