A woman came to the hospital with increasing tiredness. She was 28 years old and had just given birth to her third child three weeks before. She had observed that passing urine was becoming increasingly difficult at night. In addition, her ankles had expanded slightly over the previous few days. Her pulse was 138 beats per minute, indicating tachycardia.
