A 15 years Boy prasented with Pain abdomen,Nausea, Anorexia and low grade fever since 4 month.Usg shows mesenteric lymphodenopathy of size 16×10 mm,mantoux test negative.What should do???

B symptoms with RPLAP suggests Kochs. Needs ESR, CECT chest/abdomen, and plan FNAC/Biopsy as per findings. If none available, go for diagnostic laparoscopy. Don't presume TB unless strong epidemiological evidence or patient's poor health performance which doesn't permit laparoscopy
