A 17 yr female
C/o  2 days of acute psychosis, progressed to abnormal facial movements b/l extremity clonus, hyperreflexia, and urinary retention. 

CSF exam. S/o  lymphocyte-predominant pleocytosis and oligoclonal bands.
EEG showed generalized slowing with diffuse delta brushes

MRI brain is suggestive of white matter lesion in b/l frontal lobe on flair and  hyperintensities in medial temporal lobes
Usg abdomen s/o Left adnexal mass
