non caseating granuloma

What is the probable diagnosis for a young man who presents with pleuritic chest pain, a three-month history of dyspnea, cough, and skin lesions? During examination, multiple non-erythematous papules are observed along the ink lines of a tattoo, and AFB testing is negative. A skin biopsy from the tattoo shows non-caseating granulomas.
