Occasional chest tightnes...

The patient, a 76-year-old woman, had been experiencing occasional chest tightness spreading to her back for four weeks when she went to her family physician. Mild epigastric pain was present, but no palpable tumour or enlarged liver was present. She complained of upper abdomen discomfort that was worse when she was not eating but was usually relieved after she ate. An upper endoscopy was performed. Staging computed tomography (CT) scans of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis only showed prominent lymph nodes adjacent to the lesser curvature of the stomach within the gastrohepatic ligament.
