Oesophagus and upper thoracic vertebrae are in straight line, oesophagus is narrow at the lower portion and wide above. Cardiac shadow is enlarged, it’s more than 50% of chest shadow at the bottom of the chest shadow. A tiny coin like lesion is seen in left apical region of the chest. Few nodlar lesions are seen along the right border of cardia, more so on apical region. Intercostal widening is seen on both the sides. Lung space is narrow on left lower side compared to right side. A round fibrotic marking around the cardia is seen. All these changes may be hue to CA-oesaphagus. Upper GI Scopy will throw more light.
