One interesting case Goss...

65 yes male ,k/c/oIHD ,EF 45%twice stented PTCA on Ecosprin admitted with f/s/o Acute Intestinal Obstruction. Pt gives h/o lap umbilical hernia operation in 2007 ,which got infected latter again operated and mesh was removed (as history given by pt ). Pt was operated by open Umbilical Hernioplasy in 2013 with adhesiolysis . It was managed with Exploratory Laparotomy. INTRA OPERATIVE FINDINGS _E/o multiple dense adhesions of small bowel to anterior abdominal wall just below umbilicus .(Not able to separate it ).There was crumpling of intestine forming mass with proximal dilated loops and distal collapsed ileal loops .Not able to separate it so Resection Anastomosis was done . On opening specimen there was 6×3×4 cm calcified mass over mesh with fecolith. Pt discharged within 10 days Kindly give opinion on further treatment
