A 40 yr old male rcame with the c/o bleeding from the lips since 2 months. he c/o burning and chapped lips.
o/e :the lips were charred and a large diffuse ulcer was seen on the labial mucosa of lower lip.
pt gave history of smoking since 15 years. no history of trauma was given
kindly suggest a suitable treatment option

Inform the patient to stop smiking completely, take normal diet avoid spicy food,go for biopsy to R/o Malignancy and then go for treatment ,also give some oitnemt like zytee to app ...read more
