A 48-year–older adult suffering from pain in the mandibular anterior region was presented to the clinic. Multiple extractions were done in the past five years, and the patient has not worn any prostheses in the past. Other dental problems are missing teeth; supra erupted remaining dentition, grade II-III mobility, occlusal plane discrepancy, and limited inter arch space. After a thorough examination of radiographs and an intraoral examination by the dentist, it was found that diffuse sclerotic lobulated masses with radiolucent borders in the maxilla and mandible in an irregular pattern, generalized 60–90% bone loss and periapical radiolucency on the remaining mandibular dentition. There is not any significant medical history.
