An older man of 50 years of age complained of painful erections with curvature from approximately ten days after recovering from a COVID-19 infection. The condition is gradually worsening as the days pass on. He said that his COVID-19 symptoms lasted around five days and included fever, myalgia, cough, and fatigue. In addition, he reported a family history of prostate cancer in his father.

At the presentation to the clinic, he noticed a new onset of upward penile curvature of ~45 degrees with erections. He rated the pain as 9/10 when erect. He denied any history of genital trauma. He denied pain during flaccid penis. He intermittently had a H/o testosterone replacement therapy for eight years due to fatigue and low libido. He endorsed current low libido and fatigue. As shown in the figure, calcified plaques measuring 0.5 × 0.5 cm and 1.0 × 1.5 cm were seen on ultrasound. The diagnosis was made as Peyronie's disease (PD), and the patient started the recommended treatment.
