QS in L3 & aVF, 1 mm ST elevation in V1 & V2 with concavity upwards, T inversion in L1, aVL, V5& V6. Advised:- Trop I ( quantitative ), CPK- MB, serial ECGs, 2D Echocardiography. Patient should be treated on the lines of ACS.
