Patient operated with SDH presenting E1V1M1, along with elevated blood pressure (250/180 mmHg). In view of the patient's condition, it is suggested to consider the SIMV mode for ventilation support. Additionally, the ventilator should be set with a FiO2 of 34% to ensure adequate oxygenation. Frequent monitoring of the patient's vital signs and neurologic status is imperative during the course of treatment to assess the response to therapy and make any necessary adjustments in the management plan.
