GYNAECOLOGY - IVF

<p>A 33 year old female who is 39 week pregnant came with mild labour pain with GDM.&nbsp; The MRI showed bilateral malignant ovarian mass. According to the lab reports, CA-125 and Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) was found to be raised. Planned&nbsp; for&nbsp;LSCS after induction with dinoprostone gel, LSCS with B/L&nbsp;salpingo-oophorectomy was done.Patient was reffered to the oncologist with biopsy report showing BL adecarcinoma.</p>
