Primary Cephalgia

Female 45 years old, presenting with severe headache and tightness around the head. Nausea is not present nor vomit. Neurological status shows normal motor function and normall sensory motor function. The patient underwent head CT and diagnosed with primary cephalgia. She was treated with anticonvulsant and analgesic
