60 year male came with respiratory complaints , initially we suspected NHL with subcutaneous deposits but on evaluating the patient ... He had synovial sarcoma in IHC marker. There by we came to an conclusion that patient has to be evaluated till iHC maker to get a accurate diagnosis and there by decreasing the mismanagement of patient . There by increasing the quality of life and improving the prognosis .
