Prosthodontic restoration

A 37-year-old man appeared with masticatory problems as well as cosmetic issues. His face had a straight profile and a nearly symmetrical frontal aspect, with a long lower facial height. Top incisors could not be seen below the upper lip when the patient smiled. Both sides had Angle Class I molar connections. Between the margins of the upper and lower central incisors, there was a 10.0 mm anterior open bite. Compared to the facial midline, the upper dental midline shifted 2.0 mm to the right, whereas the lower dental midline shifted 0.5 mm to the left. During clinical and radiographic exams, a stump lesion on the patient's lower right second molar and caries lesions on his upper right first premolar, upper and lower left first, second, and the third molars.1
