A 40-year-old female, who works as a homemaker, reported experiencing radiating pain in her right leg and low backache for the past two months. The onset of her symptoms occurred after she lifted heavy weights two months ago. Although she has not experienced any numbness or tingling sensations in her legs, she had consulted an orthopaedic doctor two years ago for her backache and was diagnosed with "lordosis." Below is her MRI report, and I would appreciate suggestions on further management options.
