38 year old Mrs X presented with severe pain and swelling in Right inguinal region .On examination 3x 3 cm fluctuant ,tender swelling on right inguinal area .A transvaginal scan revealed a heterogenous mass in Right adnexae .She was treated with PID regime antibiotics .She was not symptomatically better hence planned for Diagnostic Laparoscopy proceed which revealed a Right tubo ovarian mass tracking to right inguinal area filled with pus .Pus was drained and she was symptomatically better
