A 55-year-old gentlemen with recurrent anaplastic astrocytoma with no comorbidities, diagnosed in 2015, status post surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and last chemo was done on Oct 2022. Currently came with complaints of severe fatigue since few days. His labs are Hb- 6gm/dL Platelets - 20k TLC - 5.6k Bicarbonate =27.0 Calcium =9.0 Creatinine =0.95 Sodium =134.2 Potassium =3.9 Chloride =99.0 Glucose =107 Total bilirubin =1.3 Indirect bilirubin =1.1 Total protein =7.1 Albumin =3.9 Globulin =3.2 Magnesium =1.9 Phosphorus =3.3 Uric acid =7.7 Urea =22.00 eGFR=94% Peripheral smear suggestive of hemolytic anemia. Reticulocyte count- 1.1% Serum LDH - 956 NCCt brain - showed no major changes with comparative previous scan in 2017. 2units of prbc with omnacortil 40mg is planned as of now. What is the next line of management?.
