Red and watery eye

A 30 year old male presented with redness and watering of eyes, haziness in the vision field. He gave history of 33% HCl got spilt in his both the eyes. He also had pain with increasing haziness in the vision fields. Nearest Opthalmology center was about 30kms far. He was admitted under a private general practitioner and both the eyes profoundly rinsed with Normal Saline.What is the  Emergency medical advice is appreciated in this case.
