Robotic TAPP done on yrs

Robotic TAPP ,done on 40 yrs male with Rt huge inguinoscrotal hernia which is non reducible .Pt was discharged within 24 hours of surgery. Pt photo on table shows normal Rt inguinoscrotal region .Pt was not having Pain .No seroma in post op days. Mim 10 ml of bood have been taken for lab investigations before surgery started .Not one ml blood loss was there intra operatively . Showing in difficult open hernia surgery ,there may me seroma ,wound infection ,robotic will be helpful and best.
