Scabies

A 15 yr old male pt came with the c/o boils on his scortum.

the boils are painless but itchy.

O/E:small whitish red papules were observed on entire scrotum. No tenderness was observed. The skin in some areas appeared dried and crust.

Pts family and personal history was insignificant. Pt was put on promethazine and ivermectin for 1 mnth but no relief on medication.

 Kindly suggest a suitable therapy
